Over Reef counts 3 guests cabins all on the main deck. Master and VIP cabins are at the bow, and both have glass door to access the forward deck balcony. The third cabin is equipped with a large single bed and a pullman bed. The yacht has a large flybridge with BBQ grill, sunbathing cushions, sofas, and awning. The aft platform is equipped for fishing and scuba diving.
Over Reef offers modern solutions in terms of design, such as the electric sun-visor, a one-of-a-kind feature offering light and fresh breezy balcony to the bow cabins. In January 2005, an ambitious project began with the construction of the first Dhoni Stella, launched in March of the following year.
