Holserv Private Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in January 2005 and registered in the Republic of Maldives. Holserv means “hospitality service” and in the related literature it is a grading scale created for the measurement and the assessment of the hotels service. Holserv Pvt Ltd owns and operates Dhoni Stella private yachts and focuses on offering hospitality services, and business consultancy to International tour operators and investors. The team leader, Max (BA Hospitality Management), is Italian and he spent his last 15 years in the archipelago as resort manager, yacht's master and diving instructor. Max is the author of the first "Maldives Cruising Guide". Holserv Pvt. Ltd operates as well a travel agency, a yacht sercives agency and a diving base on board of Dhoni Stella yachts. In 2009 Holserv launched its new website www.HouseMaldives.com, dedicated to the sustainable tourism on the Maldivian islands. The site propose some comfortable holiday homes in the Maldives and in Sri Lanka.
